The work looks at going through the learned process (programming) and using a variety of tools to shift the beliefs, emotions and physiological responses when exposed to a similar stimulus.

Over time, you can learn to tap into these different states which help you communicate, perform or express yourself without with an option of positive intentions.

As each person is unique in how they respond to external stimuli, integrative coaching can help meet you where you are and use tailored, adaptable exercises for use in reprogramming the experience and work with the parasympathetic responses (fight, flight or freeze) in the courageous and empowering way.
